Avida Towers Vita ushers in lifestyle growth in Vertis North

The dynamics of city living continues to shift towards a more ideal paradigm, especially now that the proximity of lifestyle facets is being considered whenever residential developments are planned in a certain location.

The large-scale, mixed-use growth centers developed by Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) — Makati, Bonifacio Global City and Cebu Park District — have been distinguished by such kind of urban experience for years, efficiently putting together business, commercial, leisure, and residential opportunities in sync.

Soon, Vertis North— ALI’s latest city center unfolding at the heart of Quezon City—will also witness this kind of progress as the 30-hectare masterplanned community with a two-hectare central park and storm water management system, will soon be home to various trade and lifestyle centers.

Vertis North is eyed to be the newest city center that will spur growth and dynamism in the north. One particular development that will soon emerge in the area is Avida Towers Vita, a three-tower residential development by Avida Land. Literally marking the beginning of living and lifestyle expansion in Vertis North, the overall blueprint of Avida Towers Vita aims to address the needs of young professionals and starting families who want to own their very first home within a centrally-located and highly-accessible pioneering address.

To date, Avida Towers Vita already sold out 95 percent of its first tower, just a few months after its launch. Such overwhelming response from today’s homebuyers represents the commencement of ALI’s vision for Vertis North, according to Raquel Cruz, Avida Land assistant vice president.

“Our market has recognized the kind of lifestyle that will soon emerge in Vertis North, as the area will clearly mirror the efficiency of the growth centers that Ayala Land pioneered for the past decades. Taking off from the success of the first tower, we are now bringing  Avida Towers Vita’s second tower to promote the living opportunities in this very promising urban hub,” said Cruz.

More than 500 units will be sold in each of the three towers at Avida Towers Vita, varying from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. These will be complemented with sensible amenities like a garden nook and a grand lawn, which will be thoughtfully designed to bring a relaxing breathing space amidst the hectic cityscape.

Meanwhile, Cruz also explained that residents can continue to enjoy utmost safety and security in their own homes while taking pleasure from the convenience of being located within the convergence point of commuter rail lines and three major road arteries, particularly Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA), North Avenue, and Quezon Avenue.

“As a crucial fraction of Vertis North, Avida Towers Vita will represent the must-haves in all Avida Land development. We don’t stop at ensuring that our residents enjoy urban convenience at its finest; we make sure that their lives will continue to thrive within a safe and peaceful community,” Cruz added.

An ALI subsidiary, Avida Land has become the developer of choice among the rising middle class as it continues to expand its product offerings across the country.

Avida Land to pioneer Vertis North’s residential block

A city would not be recognized as one unless it represents the country’s epicenter of trade and culture, wherein business, commercial, lifestyle and residential expediencies come together. For decades, the urban hubs developed by Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) across the Philippines are mirroring these components.

“We are committed to developing Vertis North as the central business district for Quezon City. Ayala Land’s best practices in the development of Makati and Bonifacio Global City will similarly be implemented in Vertis North. It has the unique advantage of being the gateway to the North for Metro Manila and is today a major transport and retail hub,” ALI president and CEO Tony T. Aquino said.

Vertis North, which is located in the center of Quezon City, is one of ALI’s latest projects to date.  Although the company has had presence in Quezon City for a long time, its fervent commitment in solidifying the city’s primacy is clearly an unremitting process. The development of residential areas like Ayala Heights Townhomes, Ferndale Villas and Avida Towers New Manila, as well as leasing establishments like the UP-Ayala Technohub and Trinoma Mall, has defined their presence.

Eyeing completion in 10 years time, Vertis North is touted to become the newest city center in the area. When the masterplan was introduced last year, office, retail, hotel, and residential facets were unveiled—which all translate how the 30-hectare integrated urban redevelopment aims to become the major gateway to dynamic and progressive living in the north.

With residential developments being a vital component in the fruition of ALI’s vision for Vertis North, one of the company’s notable residential units — Avida Land — has expressed its involvement in fulfilling this  aspect of the  business district through Avida Towers Vita.

“This will be the pioneering residential development that will break ground in Vertis North,” said Raquel Cruz, Avida Land assistant vice president. “Avida Towers Vita will literally mark the beginning of the city center’s vision of further enlivening the urbanity present in Quezon City. Likewise, the project addresses the needs of young professionals and starting families who want to own their very first home that is centrally-located and highly accessible.”

Given that Vertis North will soon house commercial and lifestyle establishments, and is typically situated in the convergence point of commuter rail lines and three major road arteries particularly Epifanio delos Santos Ave. (EDSA), North Avenue and Quezon Ave., the ease of urban living is no longer a question. Hence, the studio units, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units coupled with amenities that Avida Towers Vita will offer are all set to provide ideal living spaces right at the heart of Quezon City’s newest city center.

“Vertis North in the soonest time will become a major hub converging enterprise, functionality and convenience in a setting that will bolster urban living in Quezon City. And we, at Avida, are more than glad to become the first ones to showcase the district’s urban promise,” said Cruz.
